Elevator Unit - Sky Line

The sky line can be used for operators' passage in SMT lines or manufacturing more than 2 types of PCB in dual SMT lane.

Rotating Turn - Clamp

This unit rotates a PCB without changing SMT line flow direction

Horizontal Turn - Motor

This unit turns PCBs' flow direction clockwise and counter clockwise

Vertical Turn - Motor

This unit flips the PCBs for double sided assembly.

Shuttle Conveyor

This unit can merge a few production lines into a single one or separate one a single line into few multiple ones.

Gate Conveyor - Down/Up

In the middle of SMT line, this unit allows operators to pass through the line, without interrupting PCB flow.
