Some customer bought many reflow oven that often has some problems. We'll list two problems today, please to see if you often encounter them.
The first, if your PCB need solder dual side, so the reflow oven need to be use twice for one PCB. If the raw materials of PCB are not up to standard, the PCB board will be deformed during the first reflow. So then solder the other PCB side, The rail of reflow oven is easy to deform.
The rail of reflow oven will not contract through thermal expansion and cold, and when the temperature drops, it is impossible for the track to change back to its original appearance. When the rail is deformed, you must know what will happen next.
The second, you can found many reflow oven's motor often broken. Because when use the reflow oven along time, there has a lot of flux melt into the motor compartment, then become solid. If the flux has accumulated a lot, the motor shaft has been fixed, the motor will broken directly.
We believe that many engineers will encounter this situation, but many manufacturers don't realize it is a big problem.
