1.PCB reference calibration specification

    When the active placement machine is mounted, the mounting coordinates of the components are calculated from the corners of the PCB (usually the lower left corner and the upper right corner). When the PCB is processed, it will be wrong, so there is a high-precision placement. It is necessary to position the PCB board. Alignment method: The symbol point and the optical alignment system of the placement machine are completed.

  2. Detection adjustment

    After picking up the components, the placement machine needs to determine two questions: whether the middle of the list component and the middle of the placement head are common, and the second component is not suitable for the placement requirements. If the components do not meet the requirements, they cannot be mounted. These two questions need to be tested to determine.

3.PCB transmission

    PCB transmission is a step in the assembly of components. It must be completed after the transfer organization. After the placement machine accurately attaches the components, the PCB transmission system must smoothly output the PCB with the components attached. Therefore, the step is very important, because if the list does not accurately import the components into the regular position, then the latter operation can not be completed.

  4. Pick up components

    In this process, the timing of picking up and its accuracy and correctness are the key points. The elements that affect this process include the things and methods of picking up, the method of packaging components, and the related characteristics of the components themselves. In the process of picking up components, we need to know that the key points are the factors that affect the process. Others only need to know that the pickup components are divided into craft picking and machine picking. Machine picking includes mechanical grabbing and vacuum drawing. Modern placement machines use vacuum extraction methods, as long as they are used in special cases.
